Case Management Cymru delivers person-centred specialist case management to adults and children with acquired brain injury, birth injuries, learning difficulties, spinal or orthopaedic injuries, mental health issues and older adults with diminished capacity.
Case Management Cymru is an independent case management company registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
